BioWell, I'm just starting out with this. I'm sure I'll delete and re-write this again once I've got the hang of things. My intention is to use this media format as a tool for self exploration. I will be making many entries private. I just have this desire to write and write and write. I am seeing an art therapist and working on "getting it out!" So this is one more form. I will keep all the fun stuff public so people can see. Maybe sometimes I will share some tidbit of the deeper stuff. We'll see.
The last few years were huge for me. I'm still sorting. Sorting the memories properly is one goal for my journal here. I want to self reflect and then move on. Hopefully heal from the process.
